Anyway--it's for charity. I had a bit on Selous game reserve, but they originally forgot to mention 2 months of blackout dates (my target timing!)

Definitely not a bad idea. Though it's not in the best neighborhood, either. Not a notoriously bad part, mind you, but it's got a lot of young people living there that want to be close to downtown without paying crazy prices. But auction ending in June? I could hardly wait a week for my work's silent auction!
