While in the US I use weblist to print my DM cards before going to the airport. Can such a thing be done for a departure from CDG?

What's a DM card? Am I just DuMb?
You can bet that if it refers to any paper on AF or as DL nonrev thru CDG you have to get it there. Our systems are not compatible. I still have some of the old "scrub passes" we used to hand write our names, emp/DOH etc and make our our "ticket".
Now that was FUN.

DM card is UA speak for seat request. I am fortunate/cursed to work both Delta and United systems. SkyWest in GJT has 8 UA flights to DEN and 4 DL flights to SLC. The learning curve is double or maybe even triple (for old guys). Some days we bounce back and forth between working either carrier.
The UA system lets us checkin for NRSA travel and print DM cards/seat request 24 hours prior to flight time. The Delta system gives a much better picture of the non-rev list, where WebList only shows the total number of NRSAs listed.
While on this digression...the UA voice driven listing system actually works fairly well in the noisy environment of a jet taxing to the gate or a crowded concourse. If there is trouble you get transferred to a friendly to a human.

we can't do any auto check-in at CDG
if you're connecting on AF w/zed, you will have to present yourself at departures counter--alllllll the wayyyyyy out past security...w/all the rev and other nonrevs
complete manual form w/priority info
get thru pre check, check in at desk, wait for seat request....go to gate area, wait for seat
I had easy situation w/DL arrival to CDG; went to transfer desk w/AF zed to PRG, they continue process and give seat request, send you direct to gate.
does not work in reverse...

So Mrs are you saying if traveling on dl CVG-CDG then zed air france CDG-FRA I can just go to the transfer desk in CDG for my zed af CDG-FRA? and not have to go out/thru security/ticket counter? If so that's lovely. Also do I have to pay departure taxes when I checkin at the transfer or ticket counter CDG-FRA? last question. Will my checked baggage be checked thru to FRA or will i then have to exit and stand in the ticket counter line? TIA.
can't tell you about checked baggage w/transfer but you will have to collect your bag--it will not check thru.we only carry-on.
You cannot buy zed w/out going out to departures--there is no DL sales counter inside security. "ZED--don't leave home without it!!"
If you are needing to get a bag rechecked , I guess you can go to luggage, then back to transfer desk, but you need your zed in hand. I don't know if they will allow you to check a bag at that counter. CAn't you do carry?
departure taxes/fees should be included in your AF zed that you bought at home...before you got on DL flight to CDG...haha--just a reminder...

thanks i will carry on. I just measured my normal carry on that I always use. It's a few centimeters longer than the air france/klm charts hope that won't be a problem. Not sure how picky they are. Oh and will pre purchased my zed before I go. lol.
oh, good for you! hope it works--we've never had a problem--what AC are you flying? you can ck seat guru for overhead bin info.
My guess is that your smile might get you the extra mile! (if that's really YOU in the avatar...)
