Those flights between PHX and CLT are constantly full, I commute to CLT often and those flights are usually jam packed. It is not unusual to have those flights with over 30 peole listed half using SA1's (highest priority) and with a hire date earlier than 1985 and 2 seats available. PHL is no better.
