Wow, this is insane. Try changing a Compressor Starting Motor Controller on one of these. I thought I seen it all with this airplane. Computer boxes in the electrical equipment bay that has some 8 of these things each weighing 125 pounds. Here is the kicker. Would you believe they take COOLANT???? Quite an elaborate process with pump and tooling to cycle coolant into these things. Yes, coolant before you plug it back in the shelf. And how do you maneuver these things out of the compartment down the hatch some 20 feet or so? With a small pulley that goes on an overhead rack. Very interesting indeed. Still need two guys to move this box off the shelf. About 20 years ago, I could have done it myself but who needs to pull a back muscle at my stage of the game right? We got some new hires recently, they all were drooling on this airplane, thought it was the coolest thing ever. I told them wait till they start working on them. And I just got out of airbus school. And look where I ended up right off the bat. A Dreamliner. All this overtime being handed out and all these airplanes coming our way, its definately ON THE JOB TRAINING to the 5th power. Rock me rock me a little while.........http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNTk9DKgnbk
