Shouldn't there be language in the contract that requires UA to furlough by seniority and offer the more senior FAs the option to bump the new hires? If this isn't in the contract (because they are not fully merged after nearly 4 years), the union really needs to step up on this. Situations like these are exactly why we have union representation.

I agree MRS D, But here is the kicker, 4Q profits met expectations. The revenue is there so what about increasing staff?
