    Mr. Smisek will receive a separation payment of $4,875000 paid as a lump sum.
    60,746 shares of United stock in restricted share awards, worth about 3.5 million
    Health coverage (until he becomes eligible for Medicare)
    Lifetime Flight benefits and free airport parking ( plus the cash to cover taxes on those benefits)
    A couple more odds and ends
    And he can keep the company car.
