That is why I like being a technician. They only ask you mostly technical questions, no political B.S. If so, very little. We bring to the airlines a license, in which we had to go to school for, or learn via military through experience. We had to bring tools worth a couple of grand at least. Not just our looks considering most of us technicians are can't be that ugly when most of us are married with families. If you go up for management interviews, then it gets a little hairy with the politics and butt smackin. They call it a TARGET SELECTION process. From what I see, "He whom speaks the greatest B.S. gets the job". Just stick around Deltaflyer. From what I see, most here don't work for the airlines but somehow affiliated via buddy passes or something. (According to affiliation markings.)
