CAI-FRA looks to be the problem area ... the flights look very busy on 3rd and 4th
When do you plan to travel CAI-FRA and is it on a direct service ??
Might be worth looking at CAI-MXP-FRA as a back-up

As for hotels .. check out the ACCOR chain as they have good airline discounts and several hotels in Egypt ( as well as FRA and ATH )[/b]
Yes,,,we hoped to be at CAI by noon and be able to catch a ZED flight direct to FRA; however, I am very open to what will get us out of CAI on 3 Nov...please give us any suggestions for alternatives you think will work...
