Hi, CO is going to use ID90T for eticketing for non-rev travel which I think sounds fabulous.
Are any members using it already and what do you think about it.....problems etc (such as refunds)??
Cheers...

I so wish AS would adopt the electronic ticket for nonrevs. It would make things so much easier if I didn't have to go to the ticket counter every time I want to check in. Will they keep this feature post-merger?

I believe CO (and other ID90T customers) are using the system to eTicket travel on their own airlines. They are not, yet at least, using the system to issue interline eTickets for space-aveilable trvel on other airlines.
CO have eticketing inhouse, no real point in using ID90 for that. No it is for Other Airline eticketing......
We have started e-ticketing on AY for staff... but that is all so far. Not sure what platform we use though

We use ID90T at Virgin America - it's excellent! Takes all the guesswork out of the pricing and schedules - you do it all on your own and then click the "Pay Now" button and like magic, you get your tickets in the mail or pick them up at your travel office. Supposedly by the end of the year, we will move to e-ticketing which will be even better! The only issue we have at VX is that there are two rival systems - ID90T and MyIDTravel - and most airlines are members of one or the other, but not both. Because of everyone taking sides on this, we lost benefits on SAS (who went with MyIDTravel). In the end though, I think it's a thousand times better than how it used to be.
Etickets are great in the revenue travel industry. When it comes to non reving I prefer paper tickets. While non reving things can quickly become complicated when you hold an eticket for e.g AA from JFK to FRA and now want to use it on a LH flight, since you were bumped from AA, and LH leaves in 45min. Since LH likely will not be able get hold of the eticket they will refuse you. With a paper ticket you are less likely to run into such troubles.
What if you printed out the eticket, would that not help???/
