I stayed at the Omni Saigon last month.
Service at check in was a nightmare, but once this was overcome .....
Junior suite : $99 taxes and breakfast included.
It entitles you to full buffet breakfast in the club room, afternoon tea in the club room and also cocktails in the evening.
The hotel is a little away from town, about 10 minutes. The hotel has a shuttle, but a cab is only $2.
