Thinking of going to Bali in late July and exploring my options. DFW to NRT on AA. Japan Airlines is the only option from NRT to DPS but ZED is showing segment embargoed. What other options are available from NRT to DPS that are non rev friendly?

There's not a lot anymore. A lot of carriers have dropped their "tags" from a more major city (LH KL etc etc etc) in favour of codes on their partners and given the more leisure oriented traffic on the route, the remaining carriers flying in there have reduced frequency/capacity.
You may find it more advantageous to get to somewhere like SIN KUL BKK and use any number of the new LCC's that are running around and get confirmed seats into/from DPS. Air Asia, Tiger, Jetstar etc all have the usual "$20" each way type fares.
Am not sure if they still do it, but Air Mike (Continental Micronesia) did GUM-DPS if that's an option.

You might consider MH from KUL or CX from HKG.
If you go to KUL from NRT you will have to overnight going on AA.
TG flies from BKK but I would not nonreving here.....
    Check flyzed.

GUM-DPS. Continental Micronesia. Done this three times but I was living on Saipan working for CMI. It's the only way I have done. I know JAL goes to DENPASAR BALI via NRT. Maybe also GARUDA. You connect to GUAM via HNL or NRT.

Yeah might be a good idea to do KUL since you have more options out of KUL like Al said

Hi, I've been off-line for a while so excuse the delayed reply. We are NW parents and did Bali using ZED in January and had great luck from LAX via TPE, on Eva Air (BR) and China Airlines (CI I think). If you search for 'Bali'or 'DPS'in the forum, you can find my various posts about it. Good luck!
