Not many options into Fiji - you'll have Air Pacific from HNL and LAX or you'll have to go down to N.Z. and backtrack up to Fiji with NZ.
There are other South Pac carriers like Air Calin & Air Vanuatu but using them requires good planning due to limited schedules, not to mention it's own set of problems in getting to their hubs to start with. You could also head all the way over to Japan and come down from there with FJ, but that's probably overkill.

If the time is right, you'll find good deals through probably Hawaiian based wholesalers for regular purchase fares on FJ for HNL-NAN return.
HA also fly twice weekly into PPG in American Samoa - from there it is a cheap hop over to APW in Samoa on Polynesian and then an Air Pacific flight into NAN.
