CX flights from SFO to HKG is half full these days, and it's two flights a day. Should be pretty easy to nonrev, I just travlled this leg in Sep. Obviously no upgrade at all.

For the HKG-SIN leg, there are 5 flights from CX and 6 flights from SQ, again pretty easy to go. The problem is in HKG CX will need to check in at aisle A/C while SQ is on F or something.
