Air New Zealand has announced it will expand its North American presence by opening a fifth gateway this December. The airline will soon provide nonstop service between IAH - AKL, 5x weekly.
Air New Zealand’s will utilize a Boeing 777-200 aircraft on the route. Air New Zealand’s Star Alliance partner UA, which has a large Houston-based hub, will code share into IAH from numerous North American cities. IAH provides nonstop service to almost 200 airports around the globe (113 domestic U.S. destinations).
