    you can fly to phuket but you would be better off flying into bkk Suvarnabhimi, and then either fly to phuket or bus, cathay has 8 flights daily hkg/bkk, there is another bangkok airport mainly for internal flights dmk,no visa needed for a 30 day stay, a visa exempt entry is given on entry.
