I have talked with some of my - now, former - coworkers who said they've gotten hotels for $20 - $30 per night. I believe this was either in Honduras or Belize, I can't recall. Nothing fancy, just clean and simple accomodations. I would love to get a rate like that, but even $50 bucks would work if I could find it.
