If that does not help, tell me the file size of the photo you're trying to upload. Do you have broadband (DSL or Cable) or dial-up using a phone line? This will help me to trouble shoot.

I think the gallery is set to take and size and it automatically resizes the file on upload but I can check the settings in my control panel. Mine are uploading in seconds with no problem. Perhaps if you got a super megapixel camera that's producing very large files it's just timing out.
