Playoff picks Jan 4

I take Philly over Saints....Saints at Philly outside? I doubt it. Saints are a DOME type of team and when the going gets tough.....they won't make it.

Colts over KC....Tough one, but I stll think KC can't hang with the good teams. They did have the easiest schedule in the season.

SFO over Green Bay.....This is a no brainer here. I would be super surprised if Rogers could pull this off against a stingy defese and awesome offense. SFO is superbowl bound.

Chargers over Cincy.....I like the sudden roll of SD and Phillip Rivers, is due to make it big. I still view Cincy of somewhat of a paper tiger when it comes to playoffs.

And not to mention I think even if Cincy wins, I'm still not sold on them. Bengal food........here kitty kitty.....here kitty kitty.....prrrrrrrrr.........

I'm going with either Colts or Chargers on AFC and Green Bay or Saints on the NFC. Its a stretch but I guess I'm still can't believe KC lost against SAN. GEEEEZ..

I take Green Bay in the -19 degrees weather.
I also take Cincy in the cold over warm weather Chargers.
I like the Colts at home.

Hey, V! I was at the 82 Freezer Bowl...That was one brutal experience--garbage bags, blankets frozen potties, and walking across the Roebling Bridge.

Poor choice of words: Cool is not my fave right now. Waiting for water damage assessment/contractor shortly. My wonderful plumber came over in about an hour to fix the frozen/burst pipes--took about 5 hours and his price was decent! Of course, Boss is nice and warm at JFK getting ready to fly FRA rotation--back to backs! It's all on me to make it happen.
PS--Bengals game was typical for them--get the fans cranked, then blow it so badly. At least I'm not a Lions Fan! AND no chance of playing at the Sourdough Bowl...

Wow! I had the same thing today. My neighbor called me and said "DD, are you washing because your pissing water down your driveway". Got home and it was a clean break by the weld on the copper cold water pipe. Plumber came within a hour. Shut off the water , I lost 2 1/2 gallons per min. There goes my water bill...
