Today got progressively colder today in DEN. I think my entire office is planning on working from home tomorrow, even those that live really close. Good amount of snow expected, and last time that happened a week or so ago, they were awful about plowing.

I wish it was below freezing here instead of the "Hovering just above freezing with rain." I don't know why but when it gets in the 40's here, it just feels damp and miserable. With freezing temps, the dampness is usually in check. Consider too that the temps fluctuate between warm and cold, so you can never really get used to it when it does get cold. I've heard many people in Florida say it feels way colder in Florida because the cold goes right through you. This may sound strange to people up in Bismark ND or Great Falls Montana, when the high is below zero for the next week or so. Right now, temps are in the 70's in the Gulf Coast of Texas but by Thursday, it will blow in with highs reaching in low 40's with rain. That's going to be miserable, but I'll take this over the heat of July in Texas any day.

You are right. 40's in ATL today. I will predict now that Peyton will not win another Super Bowl... Yes I said it..

Shoot, I think I had it wrong. Denver is playing at home. I must have been viewing a bogus web site, seemed to me, they had Denver listed as playing away. It didn't say AT BRONCOS like the other schedules. 15 degrees at kickoff. Looks like a couple of snow games Sunday, like Redskins, Ravens, Bengals, Packers. Right now in IAH, I've got 37 degrees, never hit 40 today, going to around low 30s, but no ice nor rain so far. Last night windy and 34.
