Regional Elite is one of the worst companies to work for in the airline industry
Regional Elite (AKA Delta's red headed step child)

-Lowest paid $8.25/hr top out I think 10/hr after 5 or 6 years
-Flying Benefits not the best, Flying S3C Sucks Big Time, Your bumped by mainline employees/retirees/mainline parents from Day 1, you fly just above a buddy pass which SUCKS !!!!
-Highest employee Turnover/Lowest Employee Morale I have ever seen
-They contract to many other companies United, AA, US etc and you don't get flying benefits on those carriers.
-Poorest Trained/Worst Equipment to work with
