When I worked for RE we handed all the UA express flights at our station. UA expected us to dress like an UA employee, Pay out of our own pockets for $50 shirts etc, do the training like a UA employee, weekly lessons etc, and yet we got paid $8.25 an hour. We never got flight benefits on UA. I even talked to one UA mainline express performance manager when he came for a visit about us at RE getting flight benefits at UA, he said "It would cost too much money", How???????? hows does a empty unsold seat cost UA money?? It was one of the worst airline companies I have ever worked for. Im glad I left when I did because contiental has a mainline station there and is about to take over UA express operations and all the RE employees will probably lose their jobs. There is a HUGE push for RE to unionize, if the vote fails no one at RE will ever have a future !!!!
