$670 --not estimate (just faked a booking on one of our buddies but I had to deduct the $25 change fee)
you'll be asked if you want to list for business class.
ps--tell your buddies to pay the activation fee!
clueless about the SA--I don't see it anywhere but I wasn't using the calculator.

remind your buddy that if he gets business class it's about a $7000 ticket! (as in he owes you!!)
ask if he has a visa, too...
