Default Selection Priority Code in AMS using KLM/Delta Kiosk

Question. Does anyone know how to specifically select a priority code, such as S2, with the kiosks at AMS for KLM/Delta? My wife and kids are trying to get back from the European mess and I wanted to make sure they were flying using that code. Usually it asks you in the states what you want to do, but it didn't there, and we're not sure why or if it's simply a different procedure.

do you know there is a nonrev assistance center at AMS?
"The new center is on level two of Schiphol’s Terminal 2. The center, which is past passport control, will be open seven days per week, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During the winter the center will be open until the last flight has departed. To reach the center, visitors may take the escalator near the Holland Casino on the first floor between Piers E and F."

you can also check them ion online at delta.com using record locators and S2--just don't print the seat requests--they can then use the PNR to print at AMS kiosks

Oh, now there is an idea. I didn't think they had that working for some reason. I'll give it a shot and see if that works. Thanks for the idea!

What I was trying to figure out is if they meant outside security or inside security. Past passport control seems like it's inside security, but I know they've always had issues changing priority codes after you've already checked in -- which I think you'd have to do in order to get through passport control from the outside.

should not matter if they allow nrsa to use seat request to clear security/controls--they can check themselves in as S3
then they can change the status to S2 at CS center
I wish them GOOD LUCK--it's been hell getting out of some EU cities and AMS is one of the worst for 2 wks
