    Yes, my brain was a bit scrambled from the ultimate jet lag, but I'll be fine by tomorrow, and I will have a few dumplings in Hong Kong in your honor. I will search the threads but I think I remember you writing about a couple of places to eat in Hong Kong and dumplings were mentioned then
