very confusing. Are you going to TPE or HKG? If you transit anywhere in China besides HKG, you need visa.
If think you want to take DTW/NRT (nonstop DTW is coach only) You might make the cut on ATL--what's your status?
I see DTW/NRT 12th, then connect to HKG next day as best.
JFK to NRT is wide open.
We have zeds on Hong Kong Express but: We fly UO but not HX (unless codeshare w/UO).

Sorry for the confusion, I am going to Hong Kong through NRT, but that leg is oversold and I am at the bottom of the list. I will check whichbudget.com
NRT/HKG is good on 13th--what are you seeing? I see only buddies on 14th DTW/HKG.
NRT/HKG is the least of your problems--they are still selling and it's a major no-show.

I was considering leaving on the 14th because I did see that DTW/HKG, but the numbers are too low and I see someone jumped ahead of me already since you checked.
I think I may try leaving Friday 13th from ATL-JFK-NRT Saturday 14th NRT-HKG...I just love Biz Elite
But....I may leave as planed and take my chances with NRT/HKG and see if I can squeeze on in coach if there are no-shows...I got a couple of days to make up my mind, I'll keep watching...
