    I don't see a problem with 13th--6 seats (you're 4 of 4)worst you could do would be economy comfort or a few of the hundred empty seats in back.
    Even NRT/HKG isn't bad--14 up front with 2 buddies.

    JFK still looks pretty good--middle of the pack for 12 seats

    Will do, I think I will go to TPE and leave about 3pm the next day on Dragon Air or Cathay Pacific - both around $45
