The easist airport to fly out of the US to Venezuela would be Miami, meaning the amount of daily flights between MIA and Venezuelsa. That being said there is alot of traffic between Miami and Venezuela (business and VFR traffic). I have flown through Miami as a rev passenger and it never really bothered me much.
