Default YYZ to CCS on May 9th, 2012

    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could assist. I am looking to ZED with DL from YYZ to CCS on May 9th. I am just curious how things are looking for the following flights, or should I choose another day...

    DL4059 and DL781
    DL5045 and DL781
    DL5031 and DL781
    DL4938 and DL781

    Thank you in advance!
    Andy

DL781 looks just fine, about 1/3 empty plus quite a few no-shows expected.

All of the YYZ-ATL flights also look good, but I'd arrive early to be safe, especially when taking a ZED. I was helping one guy on this site, and there was a cancellation out of DAL that made it unexpectedly hard to get to IAH. I had something similar getting out of CLT (thankfully I had plenty of time and both UA and US benefits to work with to get to ORD). If you go early, you're less likely to have those cancellations. If you really need that extra hour of sleep, however, 5045 is the most open flight right now with over 30 seats left (many being in F).

Check back for more YYZ-ATL loads closer to the day of departure to be sure. I'll probably lose my DL site lookup abilities when I leave my current job on 5/3, but mrs767er is an excellent resource for DL loads.

    Hey Harry,

Do you all get benefits on AC? AC has a nonstop btw YYZ-CCS. No idea how that flight looks though.

    Regards,

Hey, sadly we do not get flight benefits on AC... It would be great, however I do not see that happening any time soon! In the event I am unable to use DL what is AA like out of MIA? Has anyone used American out of MIA and how difficult is say on the 8th of May to CCS?

I just read that MIA is the WORST airport for any international travel to/from US.

Harry, Harry, Harry, you owe me big time for this one - you buried your AA load request in the Delta Forum at bottom of a #5 post - really now. Lucky for you I have the eyes of an AA/eagle. *smiles*

    AA flights -MIA/CCS look good

As far as MIA- I’ve only been through it once, years ago-- I survived and vowed to avoid it if at all possible -so far I’ve succeeded. You’ll have to tell me.

I've never non-revved through MIA, just once as a rev passenger. Flew ANU-MIA-DFW and I swear it's a 5 mile walk from the intl arr gate to customs/immigration in MIA. Didn't care much for that walk after spending a week on the beach.

Thank you everyone! I have been through MIA as a revenue guest, just never as a non-rev. I don't like the airport that much however AA has many flights a day to CCS. Thanks Migflanker! I appreciate you hunting down my request!

The easist airport to fly out of the US to Venezuela would be Miami, meaning the amount of daily flights between MIA and Venezuelsa. That being said there is alot of traffic between Miami and Venezuela (business and VFR traffic). I have flown through Miami as a rev passenger and it never really bothered me much. Dong it again in December on my way to Cuba,
