It does not look like Delta goes to SON but you should be able to do an open jaw ticket ATL-DXB, NRT-ATL. Now you can do this domestically but not sure about international. If that works then a two leg return should work like BKK-NRT-ATL.
Not sure if you can do a multi day layover along with an open jaw ticket.

Your profile shows you are Delta. Are you base in ATL? If so isn’t there a non rev help desk there? If you are not based there I would guess there should be a phone number for them.
