Ok, normally taking that first flight out is the way to go, BUT, when I saw the “perfect storm” of tight loads and a priority list heavy with rollovers and double digit Through pax - I knew there was little chance of me making any of those early flights.
M7, I was #16 on that first flight.
I chose option #3, re-listed for later in the day. Best-case scenario I’d make one of the late flights, in the worst I’m rolled over and higher up on “the list” the next day. *wink*
I made a late flight, me and quite a few other “locals”, some had waited all day; luckily none were carrying half-frozen pizza.
Yeah, sometimes it’s all about getting home with the souvenirs.
