    Default DL Will Add A321 to Fleet in 2 Years, Follows UA & AA in Reducing 757-200..

    Delta has announced plans to purchase 40 Airbus aircraft for delivery between 2015 and 2017. The order, which comprises 10 A330-300 for International and 30 large A321 jets, is the latest step in Delta’s prudent fleet renewal to enhance profitability while diligently managing capacity.

    Wonder if they're going to put them head-to-head against AA in the JFK-LAX/SFO market?

    Our chances of getting a nonstop to NYC are going from slim to none.
