Default DL Drunk FA Pulled from Flight

A Delta Connection flight attendant accused of being drunk just before her flight took off from LEX on Tuesday night has pleaded not guilty in court.
Officials say Nancy Bray, 58, was on Delta Connection flight 6095 to DTW, operated by Chautauqua Airlines. Bray pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.
Court documents say DAL called for medical assistance for a sick case. An officer found Bray sick and later determined she was intoxicated.
The station reported that Bray was charged with aircrew member under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. According to police, “Bray blew a .258, and prescription narcotics were found ‘throughout Mrs. Bray's property in other than original container."

Any union representation here? You be surprised how well a good union rep can get her off the hook.

It's doubtful, since it's an Express carrier, that they even know what a union is.

Not sure about Chataqua, but the only reason SkyWest and Atlantic Southeast/ExpressJet didn't fully merge is because SkyWest isn't unionized while the other two were. Both are owned by SkyWest, Inc.
