As much as I like to point out some of the quirks of UA's employeeres site, that is one thing they did absolutely right: each pass rider can have a profile created for them, so they have their own login and they can check loads and book their own flights. Sometimes I'll talk with my dad about a potential visit, and I get an email saying that he created a listing before he even tells me the final itinerary that he's decided on.
