Both flights look OK at the moment with over 25 empty on each but I would opt for the TPA-LGW flight as there are fewer staff listed for that one at the moment.
Cannot give actuals for VS but reservations system shows nothing for sale in any cabin. If flights get worse you could consider VS to MAN depending upon your final destination.
