I'm glad to see that we took care of you . Thats the way it is supposed to be once you've got the seat but not always the way things happen. I saw that after a long delay they had to offload all the staff. It was a shame as you had been bumped up to J however there was a problem with the A/C in zone 2 and the aircraft had to go with cabin 2 empty, hence the offloads ... it was full everywhere else .. they even had to downgrade a couple of full fare J class 'cos of the problem ( now that will cost ) .
Glad to hear you got on OK the next day and hope you didn't get too bored spening the day at Heathrow. Always pays to wait until you see the undercarriage retract before giving up on a flight
