So I am going to europe in Aug with a few friends, they are all about to buy their tickets and they keep telling me i should cause Aug is high season in Europe. We are going to Spain for a week then flying to Turkey for a week for a friends wedding then go greek island hopping for a few days, then back to spain for a week or so. My question is: Does anyone know what the flight loads are like with NWA in Aug MEM/AMS. Im not sure if they just added these or they are just seasonal.
There is a daily MEM-AMS flight operated by an Airbus 330.
It is too early to tell how full that flight will be.
As for buying a ticket, that is up to you and how badly you need to be there.
I try to never buy tickets because it defeats the purpose of working for an airline.
Yes, it is difficult to travel to Europe in the summer, but I have done Paris and London in July and August twice.
