Hi and welcome--most of us are harmless....
If you are the employee's companion pass rider, here's the scoop:
Employee has to initiate travel onine thru Travelnet system. you can pay with your credit card or you can pay them.

"Travel companions are eligible for travel on Delta, Delta Shuttle, Delta Connection and some Delta codeshare partner flights.

*Travel companions of active employees are eligible for unlimited space available yield fare tickets with an S3 boarding classification on the Domestic, Central/South American, Intra-European, Intra-Asian, and Transoceanic Systems.

**Travel companions of active employees are eligible for six space available yield fare tickets with an S2 boarding classification on the Domestic, Central/South American, Intra-European, Intra-Asian, and Transoceanic Systems."

It's not likely that you'll have a codeshare flight CDG/ARN on AF. You'll probably need to fly to Copenhagen (or CDG, but obviously, not the most recommended connection airport, as you can read here) and get lowcostcarrier deal to Stockholm.
I can estimate pass tkt around $330 RT
If you need to use LCC, try AMS connection instead of CDG
    these might help:
    myair.com
    skyeurope.com
    vueling.com
Good luck! Once you friend gets you set up, she's finished with the hassles--ps--there are no major dress code restrictions--FYI--since it's been awhile!

Thank you so much for all that information and help! Exactly what I needed. Very helpful. Now all I need is for my family to move south so that I don't have to deal with that last stretch!

    Again, thanks!
