Can you recommend any hotels that are centrally located that include breakfast? Three star and up will be ok.

I recall checking on the Accor hotels--none included BF but rates were good--$100-120 US double

Do you have the accor codes for discounts? <search here> usually your best bet. w/out dates I can't get more info/rates

Accor is pretty good for the discounts. It's always shocking to see the price for BF in Eu hotels tho. $25-30/person is insane!
