FI is obviously not a very often used airline, but there are a few posts laying around. Here are some links to at least give you an idea of what to expect... basically, nothing good or bad, loads are generally reasonable:

I just hate the idea of how they use a 757 on a long route like MSP-KEF, but I guess that beats SY's new MSP-YQX-STN route on a 737.
Thanks for the links!
Hi co worker,
I used Iceland Air to go Iceland and everything was fine. British airways work the counter in JFK for Iceland Air. Try to arrive very early to BA counter or sales office. I got stock almost two hours in the sales office with my party of 4 just waiting that the lady make the booking. After that every was smooth. I had a backpack and a BK22 carry on and they make me check the BK22. So if you are in JFK try to make the booking 2-5 days in advance to avoid waste of time. Great entertainment and food onboard.
I was trying to go today, connecting out of Boston. The Iceland Air rep told me that all flights out of the US were sold out today and that my ZED chances were really low. So bored I sit here in Atlanta. I think I'll clean up my room.
