Last I saw, Delta is relatively laid back with its dress code. Obviously, it never hurts to dress up a bit, and you don't want to be in a t-shirt and shorts with holes in it, but if you have basic business casual you should be ok. Sandals might be pushing things, but if they're nice ones it probably wouldn't be too bad.
