Oh - Please don't misread my remarks as saying that all DL agents are bad - quite the opposite! Although the FA's on my flight were aware of the situation, they did not upg me, and I really don't blame them as it would have been pretty hard to explain to the rest of the passengers on board. They did bring us the amenity kits from Business Class, and kept our glasses filled with lots of Prosecco :-) So that was very nice!

I just wanted to get the word out that /some/ of the used to be /all/ of DL people are not as nice anymore, so be prepared. That's all - this particular agent apparently had a bug in her bonnet and was NOT going to do us any favors because she was going to follow the rules and that was final. She was on her own personal little power trip. I just think it's a sad reflection on all of us when we don't WANT to help each other out when it's perfectly obvious that we can. That said, we DID get on, after all, so I truly have nothing to complain about. (Except for her need to lecture me and call me 'maam' - now that's just going too far...:-) why i outta.....)
