Check in is at the ticket counter where a pass to get you through security will be issued (unless they are clearing the list immediately, which happens). If you are listing for an international flight, please be prepared to give us your citizenship information at that time (passport number, dob, and contact info if a US citizen) since we try to do as much for the ticket counter as possible. Once you give us that info, we will advise if any further documentation is required for travel. I know I personally appreciate knowing right away that you are an OAL employee wanting to list, but I always have time to help you out regardless of how busy we are. After all, sometimes I'm on the other end of the phone line!
