You must have a wonderful sense of humor. I suspect you will get hundreds of replies. Benefits? Speak with a ramp employee if you are able to get to one. My wife had almost 25 yearswith the company and its predessors. She was hired as a marketing office pr\\e\rep and when they learned she could type and take steno, became the office secretary (AA name not used any more), but Admin Assistant During her tenure, she went through a number of salary cuts which kept her salary low. Now that both have Medicare, the new plan rates have climbed so high that we had to renew with ARP, saving hundreds on premiums. Oh, if you are interested in the "free" travel, now that employees have to pay for taxes, we find it far less expensive to fly with others. By the way, when they were cutting everyone, she wwas cited as the type of empoyee whose standard of excellence they wanted everyone to meet. She was offered a transfer to DC for a few bucks. Is USAir management aware of the DC cost of living? Morale is so low, I am afraid to fly with them. Why do you think the baggae snafu happened over the holidays?

I am a US employee. To the best of my knowledge insurance for part time is employee only. I think you can buy for family don't have the price but I know it is very high.
    My advice consider another company.

Hi Paul are you one of the 46 that left the reservations centers to go to Winston or are you an airport employee. Just wondering some of the discussion about US having most of the reservations being outsourced.

How is the merger going to benefit you ?
