Hi, I have a buddy pass for Delta and am trying to list for a flight tomorrow. I can no longer list through the 800# though I can check flight availability. I tried to call reservations and the agent told me they cannot list for buddy passes (I have already purchased the ticket and originally listed for next week) - that only the employee can do that through traveline. I asked if I could do it at the airport tomorrow and she said "no", the employee is the ONLY one who can list me. This doesn't make any sense. Am I supposed to bug my cousin (the employee) every time I want to list on a new flight? What if I don't get on a flight and need to re-list? I don't think the employee can give me her traveline password (employees only, right?) and I hate to hassle her. Does anyone know if this is right or if I can list myself somehow? Thanks.

PS - Just to be clear, the employee already purchased my ticket, I'm not changing destinations, I just want to leave a week earlier than when I bought the buddy pass.

Whatever happened? Did you get out?My girlfriend and I have also encountered problems with the buddy passes. We are planning on leaving in August. We were going to purchase our tickets and we were told that our paper buddy passess are no longer valid. We should have converted them to electronic in May and because we didn't they are no longer valid. To make matters worse we are no longer on speaking terms with the employee who gave them to us

Geez, if you aren't speaking to the employee anymore, you shouldn't be travelling on their passes, imho.

    Sorry, no sympathy here.

I just did that very thing this weekend. You call the regular reservation number and tell them you need to reissue the ticket. They transfered me to the right department and I was sone!
