I doubt very much that you'll find a website that can do this for you, accurately. ID90 agreements are bilateral, so two carriers can agree to different terms and conditions (e.g., which fare to discount and what discount level). Your agreement with XX, for example, may allow you to discount off the highest unrestricted fare for which the booking code is Y, while your agreement with YY may allow you to discount the lowest unrestricted fare but require that you collect the higher of the discounted fare vs. the minimum fare agreed between YY and your airline.
