There are not low, medium, and high zones. There are, I believe, 10 zones. Each zone has 3 fares, low, medium, and high. The standard that I've seen is an employee pays medium, and a parent would pay high. You'll pretty much only get a low on an airline in your alliance(Star, Skyteam...). You should be able to look up your airlines agreement with whatever airline your hoping to zed on on your employee website(I know on Deltanet you can).


But ticketing is done at your airlines counter.
