Majority of the hotels do have airline discount rates, however most of the time it is a better deal if you book your hotel online via a travel website. Alot of times you will find rates that are $20.00 cheaper online than the airline discount rate. As for shuttles to the hotel, HNL has an abundance of shuttles to choose from, once in baggage claim there are information boards with all the local shuttle choices or look for anyone with a yellow shirt that say "waikiki airport shuttle". The fare is about $9 each way or $15 round trip if you pay in advance. Good luck!
