You know these lounges could clear up a lot of "hovering" at the gate. Not to mention helping to eliminate the frantic "I didn&#39;t get on the plane, what do I do now?" phone call.

I&#39;m looking forward to trying out what BA has done in Terminal 5 at LHR later this month. The self check in tells you if you are onloaded or not. If you are not it gives you a print out and will send you a text msg if you are onloaded, or they send you into a room with TV screens. They will then tell you if you are onloaded and you go to bag drop, or you re-list on their machines.

Not so much a lounge... but i love the automation idea, definately no hovering!
