Don&#39;t get too excited ... yet. My understanding is that the lounges are intended for use by AA employees/families only. Opening them up to OAL will create complications which increase costs. As the lounges are intended to operate at very low- (if not no-) cost to AA, AA is likely to board them up if they get to be too costly to manage.

Well, here&#39;s what it said in the article..................

"Although all the guidelines of the lounges have not been worked out, per Mr. Del Valle, NRSA is NRSA - OA employees flying on AA are welcome in the lounges."
