why not ATL/ICN nonstop--did you need to be in Narita for anything? BTW-it's really nowhere near Tokyo...same as Incheon--it's close to Airport Town, Korea...if you get my drift!
I would seriously utilize NW to get to BKK and then take whatever you need to make it to BOM
